These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern purchases made from frontend8 ("Store", "we", "us") through our storefront(s). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) What we sell

frontend8 primarily offers digital goods and/or digital access (for example: downloadable files, license keys/serials, one‑of‑one digital items, private community access, scheduled sessions, or written content).

Because digital goods and access can be delivered instantly, you should review product details carefully before purchasing.

2) Account, checkout, and eligibility

You may be asked to authenticate (for example via Telegram or email) to complete checkout and delivery.
You are responsible for providing accurate information needed for delivery (Telegram account, email address, etc.).
We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or misuse.

3) Payments (crypto-first)

This store is crypto-native. Crypto transactions are generally final and irreversible once broadcast/confirmed on-chain.

If you pay with cryptocurrency, you are responsible for ensuring you send the correct amount to the correct address/network.
Network fees, exchange rates, and confirmation times vary and are outside our control.
If a payment window expires before confirmation, the order may expire and require a new checkout.

If a non-crypto option is available (e.g., Telegram Stars), it may have different confirmation and refund mechanics.

4) Delivery and fulfillment

Delivery method depends on the product and storefront:

Telegram delivery: content may be delivered via a Telegram bot or in-chat messages.
Email delivery: certain items may be delivered to the email address you provide.
Downloads: you may receive a secure download link or access instructions.

If delivery fails due to incorrect buyer info or inaccessible accounts (e.g., blocked bots), we may require additional verification before re-delivery.

5) Refunds and chargebacks

Digital goods and access are typically non-returnable once delivered. Refunds, when available, are subject to the Store’s refund policy and may be limited to specific circumstances (e.g., duplicate purchase, proven non-delivery, or technical failure).

Crypto payments cannot be "charged back" like card payments. Any refund (if granted) would be a new outgoing transaction initiated by the Store.
Abuse of refunds or disputes may result in denial of service.

6) Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Store or any purchased items:

for unlawful purposes,
to attempt to reverse engineer or bypass access controls,
to harass, spam, or harm others,
to distribute purchased content in violation of the product’s license/terms.

We may suspend delivery or access if we believe these Terms are being violated.

7) Disclaimers

Products are provided "as-is" unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee that:

digital goods will be compatible with every device or environment,
third-party platforms (e.g., Telegram) will be uninterrupted or always available,
blockchain networks will confirm transactions within a specific time.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of the products.

9) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that order, unless required otherwise by law.
